Viktoria Quartier   

Over 500 residential and commercial units were constructed in the years 2004 to 2017 on the site of the former brewery in Berlin-Kreuzberg. We positioned the premium brand Viktoria Quartier as Germany’s only brewery apartments and continued to develop the story over a number of years. We created and promoted product branding for the individual building sections. In the end the demand exceeded the number of condominium apartments many times over. The sales team estimates it could have sold twice as many units.
