Restart for the premium brand
Stadttor Düsseldorf is the No. 1 architectural landmark in the entire city of Düsseldorf. It has won numerous awards at the real estate fair MIPIM and is occupied by a number of departments from the North Rhein-Westphalia state government. The branding of the architectural icon was becoming dated so we repositioned the building for relaunch as a premium brand. A new logo, website, brochure, Leporello fit-out and a video contributed to the quick and successful reletting of the property.
