Make yourself at home campaign
We launched the residential complex in Frankfurt on the back of a “make yourself at home” campaign. The campaign motif was a customised bicycle to exemplify the slogan “urban living”. The campaign also involved design of the name and logo together with brochures, visualisations, floor layout plans and website promoting the Gallus district. On-site events such as building site visits attracted not just neighbouring residents but also many eventual purchasers of the 123 condominium apartments. Facebook also turned out to be an important marketing tool for this project.
