Oper46   

The office property Oper46 located on Bockenheimer Anlage opposite the Alte Oper opera house was previously a single-tenant building which returned to the Frankfurt letting market after it was vacated. As no prospective occupiers and only a limited number of brokers knew the property from the inside, we not only designed the logo, website and brochure but also produced a video showing the merits and interior environment of the centrally located offices available on the market.
