Ohlerich Speicher   

The Ohlerich Speicher located in Wismar is a prime example of the marketing of leisure properties on the Baltic coast. The project comprises medium-sized holiday apartments with hotel-style services. In addition to the development of the logo and the creation of digital and printed sales documents and brochures, we initiated a comprehensive Facebook-based campaign, which resulted in all apartments being sold within a very short time frame.
