Helios Luxembourg   

Helios is a huge office property located in Luxembourg with over 77,000 m² office space. We initiated a relaunch after the expiry of a number of lease contracts. The branding involved not just a new property design for online and printed media, but also publicity-generating advertising hoardings attached to the building and banners displayed at Luxemburg airport. A property video was produced to present the property, including drone shots showing the radiating building layout.
