The passion for buildings/architecture and marketing - and the fusion of these two elements in real estate marketing - is the daily driving force for the two managing partners: Thomas Moeller and Jürgen Feuerstein.


Thomas Moeller
is a graduate in communications and marketing (Diplom-Kommunikationswirt) and business communications specialist. After several positions in marketing of industrial and service companies, he was Head of Marketing at Jones Lang LaSalle from 1996 to 2003. He knows all the ins and outs of real estate marketing including planning, conceptual design, implementation and performance monitoring. The management of all marketing activities to boost sales effectiveness is always top priority. Drawing upon his extensive practical experience, he has shaped the marketing of countless large German and international properties.
Jürgen Feuerstein
is a graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) and has been self-employed in the communications industry for more than 18 years. After completing his studies in business management at the University of Mannheim, he went on to obtain a further qualification as a PR Consultant (DAPR). Following several marketing roles in Germany and abroad, as well as freelance consultancy work, he founded the “kommunikationsbüro GmbH” in 1997. He has been specialised in real estate marketing for the past 15 years. During this time he developed communication tools for the marketing of real estate with a total value of more than six billion euro.
